Terms and Conditions
This Privacy Statement is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use as set out in your License Agreement. We recommend that you read your Agreement. If there is a conflict between your License Agreement and this Privacy Statement your License Agreement shall prevail. Except as otherwise provided, terms used herein and defined in your License Agreement shall have the same meaning as that is given to them in the License Agreement.
General Enquiries
Customer information entered by agents on the platform is for the use of the agent and agent firm only and information collected is not used for any other purpose.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a site transfers to a visitor's hard disk or browser for added functionality or for tracking site usage. PropertyCRM does not use cookies.
